Agarose

Usage Introduction:

Agarose is a low-sulfate (salt) non-ionic polysaccharide, which is alternately connected with 1,3-linked β-D-galactose and 1,4-linked α-3,6-lactone-L-galactose, with a long chain structure, is a natural polysaccharide with high gel characteristics. Agarose is widely used in the separation, analysis and identification of biological macromolecules (proteins, enzymes, nucleic acids, etc.), such as gel electrophoresis, immunoelectrophoresis, immunodiffusion electrophoresis.
